| 2 doctors among 4 suspended for remaining absent | | | JAMMU: Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur has placed two doctors and two paramedics posted at CHC Chenani under suspension for remaining absent from the duty.
Director Health Services, Jammu has ordered an inquiry into the matter following the protests by the locals against absence of doctors from CHC Chenani.
The enquiry was conducted by the Deputy Director Health Services (HQ) Jammu and Chief Medical Officer, Udhampur. They also visited CHC Chenani and defused the raised situation in the hospital.
Later, Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, ordered the suspension of Dr. Sudesh Raina, Dr. Chander Mohan, Krishan Singh, Theatre Assistant and Surjeet Kumar, Junior Lab. Assistant.
