JBA demands judicial enquiry of Samba incident | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, July 27: Jammu Bachao Andolan (JBA) expressed serious concern over the clashes took place at Samba yesterday and expressed the incident as unfortunate. While criticizing the state government for not monitoring the administrative functioning in the district Samba during past three years resulting of such illegal acts including that of high rate corruption, dwindling away the financial allocations, alarming increase in unreported administration connived unreported crime, land grabbing eating the vitals of the poor people of Samba district. As per press release JBA has demanded three members judicial enquiry commission member headed by sitting High Court Judge or by a retired Supreme Court Judge to the incident of illegal bovine smuggling inconvenience with administration and non-monitoring of administrative functioning in Samba, land grabbing increase in unreported crime and wastage of budgetary allocations during past three years. JBA has demanded adequate compensation and treatment of those who were injured during the clashes and recovery of the damaged caused from those responsible allowing and involved in the illegal acts leading to such high level resentment.
