JAMMU, July 28: A multilingual literary organization Adbi Kunj, J&K held a special tributes literary meet in the memory of a veteran personality in the Urdu world Late IBNE-SAFI, the doyen of Jasosi- novel writer on his birth and death anniversary at its literary centre, New Shastri Memorial Higher Secondary School, Talab Tillo, Jammu.
Well-known social and political personality Com Jaswant Singh and. Suresh Rahi, from Poonch, Urdu, Pahari and Gojri poet was the special guest of the meet, while the proceedings were conducted by Ved Upal Ved.
In the opening session, Sham Talib, president of the organization, announced that a special literary tributes function will be organised very soon, in the memory of an eminent poetess and writer Late Smt. Nargis Sitara, founder Vice President of the Organization, on her first death anniversary.
The other poets of this session included Com. Jaswant Singh, Sanjeev Kumar, Suresh Rahi, Sedupal, Rajeev Kumar, Dr. Bharat Bhushan Gupta, Ravi Rohmetra, K.L. Dewana, Karan Gupta, Daya Ram Deya and Sham Talib.
The meet concluded with the vote of thanks by Sh. K.L. Dewana, a session member of the organiser.
