RSG coming up with residential flats

JAMMU, July 30:

The Rajasthan based builders and developers group, Riddhi Siddhi Ganpati Infraprojects Pvt Ltd Group (RSG) had decided to promote Jammu for setting up their mega projects of premium residential flats under the brand name of Royal Palms for Jammuites.
Crisply enhanced by all the essentials of a luxurious lifestyle, the project reinforces virgin paradigms of contemporary living standards. The world class architectural delight coupled with innovative space management techniques. It lends a rare degree of charm to every square inch of the contoured earth.
True to its name, the Royal Palms, is an eloquent statement of luxury and also enjoys close proximity to some of the best education institutes, popular religious and urban centres.
This was disclosed by the Executive Director, RSG, Vivek in a press conference held here today.
Addressing the media persons, he said, this is for the first time that the people of Jammu would get exposure to the world class luxury residential flats in the heart of City. Royal Palms is a magnanimously spread over a sprawling land with size of 11 acres, with 14 towers comprising 13 lakh sq ft. of construction, would house 700 premium luxury apartments.
“We are committed to quality, trust and customer sensitivity. Our primary business is to bring Jammu on the map of luxury apartments with international standards and want to make Jammu a Dynamic state on the pattern of New Delhi and Chandigarh” he added.
Speaking on the occasion, Designer Head, Rakesh Gupta, said, “The dream taken by the RSG to provide people of Jammu an experience of residential flats equipped with every facility and we are hopeful that this dream would be fulfilled with in a couple of months as till date the sample flat had been kept ready for display. The flats would be available at the cost of around 16 lakhs and onwards.
