| Hideout busted, ammunition recovered | | |

JAMMU, Aug 2: A large quantity of ammunition was recovered by security forces from a militant hideout in Kadaria forests of Kalakote in Rajouri in the wee hours of today.
The hideout was searched by jawans of 63 RR, 72 Bn of CRPF and police, police sources said. Its search led them to the recovery of 405 AK rounds, 103 pistol rounds, 41 UBGL shells, seven damaged UBGL shells, 16 Us-made IED batteries, three IED boosters, 10 IED chargers, 50 IED fuses, three weapon cleaning kits, three pencil cells and one raincoat. The hideout was later destroyed by the jawans, the sources added. |
