DODA, Aug 2: A meeting to discuss and finalize the arrangements for the forthcoming Machail Yatra was held under the Chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Doda, A. R. Natnoo, here on Monday.
Various issues for smooth conduct of yatra like water supply, power, sanitation, medical aid facility, security, transport, traffic management, ration and other related matters were discussed in detail and concerned officers were directed to take appropriate action for fool proof arrangements and successful conduct of this religious event.
Responding to various demands putforth by the management committee members of Yatra, full support and cooperation from District administration was assured so that devotees don’t face any inconvenience during the Yatra.
The meeting was attended by ACR, Doda, Tehsildar, Bhaderwah, Tehsildar, Doda, Tehsildar, Thathri, Amar Singh, Ex. En PHE, Ex En PDD, DySp Traffic, ARTO Doda, DySp DAR,Yatra management Committee members besides others.
