Jammu, Aug. o4: The Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust today distributed the second installment of financial assistance of Rs. 96,000 to seven organizations engaged in various social works for the society.
On behalf of Chairman Trustee, Maharaja Dr. Karan Singh, the President of the Trust, Th. Divaker Singh gave the cheques for financial help A cheque for Rs 66,000 was given to the representative of Jammu Yatri Bhawan , Haridwar , while the cheques for Rs. 10,000, Rs. 6,000, Rs 4, 000, 4000, Rs 3000 and Rs 3000 were respectively provided to Gaou Raksha Samiti, Jammu, Ved Mandir Balniketan, Samaj Kalyan Shaheedi Chowk, Jammu, Home for Aged and Infirm, Ambphall, Jammu, SOS Home for Children, Chhanni Rakh and Kushat Ashram, Bhagwati Nagar.Jammu.
The representatives of these social organizations thanked the Chairman J&K Dharmarth Trust for the good-will gesture and the financial help extended to their organizations for the welfare of the society.
