| Corruption charges framed against SO Health Dept& ors | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 6: Special Judge Anti-corruption, Jammu, AK Koul today framed corruption charges against Sham Lal, the then Section Officer, Pawan Kumar, then Senior Assistant in the office of Director Health Services, Jammu who during the period 1997-1999 was posted in said office and issued regularization orders of four beneficiaries without actual record and confirmation of there being working in the Block Bishnah and conferred undue benefit on the beneficiaries namely Sushma Devi, Shanti Devi, Preeto and Puro Devi and not verified the facts from record obtained from BMO Bishnah and framed charges against all the six persons u/s 5(2) PC Act 2006 r/w section 120-B RPC.
