Strive to achieve separate homeland: KV | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Aug 6: Kashmira Vahini (KV) exhorted the Kashmiri Pandit Community in general and Kashmiri women in particular to prepare themselves for a decisive struggle to achieve their socio-political right of separate homeland in Kashmir Valley. This was stated by Dr Khema Koul, national spokesperson KV while addressing a public meeting organized at Anuradha Puram, Bantalab here today. Kashmira Vahini is deeply concerned over the campaign of hate and exclusion practiced by separatist forces that has resulted into endangering the culture, religion and the very ideal of India in Jammu and Kashmir state, said Koul The repetitive deceit expressed by the polity of Kashmir by raising the so called bogey of Kashmiriyat is nothing but a façade of pan-Islamic Jehad to cover its atrocities , genocide and evil which it has perpetuated in Valley on minorities. Kashmiri Vahini expressed its dismay on the recent utterances of Sayed Ali Shah Geelani of terming the secessionist elements as peace loving and secular stands totally exposed from the events taking place in valley like expulsion of KPs , looting and burning of their property, beating up of truck drivers. Suneeta Santoshi, General Secretary of Kashmira Vahini termed the recent statements emanating from Government of India regarding political solution to be found outside the ambit of constitution of India, is fraught with dangers for Jammu, Ladakh and KPs and the nation as a whole. Sudesha Kaul , Chief area Co-ordinator of Kashmira Vahini endorsed the stand taken by Panun Kashmir for establishment of homeland with Union Territory status for 7 lakh Kashmiri Pandits living in exile. Kirti Kala patron of Kashmira Vahini also made a fervent appeal to women folk of community to join and lend their support for the ongoing struggle.
