JK Human Rights Watch Chairman tours Rajouri | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Aug 6: State Chairman J&K Human Rights Watch BL Kapoor made an extensive tour of Rajouri district for five days and interacted with the public there. Many delegations met Kapoor there and apprised him of the problems and prevailing situation. These delegations apprised him that there is scarcity of drinking water, electricity which is posing problems. According to a press hand out, the people over there had a good opinion about the district administration saying that the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri and Senior Superintendent of Police have been doing their job with public interests in view as they are fighting against corruption. The release maintained that people informed that there are some anti national elements who are hell bent upon disturbing the peaceful atmosphere of the area. Kapoor assured the public that his organization is on to do away with such elements and shall remain doing so. The militancy in Rajouri is getting a boost as some of the locals there too are in hand and glove with the terror modules operating in the area and they need to be tackled urgently. In Tehsil Mendhar and Poonch such anti-social and anti-national elements are also present. Kapoor asked the delegations from these places to identify such persons and inform the administration
