Jammu, Aug 7: In a much publicised murder case of Amandeep Singh, s/o Deepinder Kour, ex -MLC and advocate was listed today on framing charges in the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Jammu. All the accused Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, then SSP Manohar Singh, then SHO Sultan Mirza, Sub-Inspector Satnam Singh, Battastic Expert FSL Sujat Bukari, Constable Raj, Chodhary Nagar Singh, Choduhary Rakesh Singh, Choudhary Jagar Singh all accused except accused Jagar Singh who is on bail were brought in hand-cuff.
Principal Sessions Judge, Jammu, Ashok Kumar Shan adjourned the case and fixed August 23, 2010 on framing charge in the case.
