| BJP demands relief for Ladakh students in Jammu | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 7: Expressing grief over the cloudburst tragedy in Leh, the leader of the BJP Legislators Party, Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta has impressed upon the state as also the authorities at the Centre to take measures of providing relief and all other help on war footing to the affected people of these cut off areas.
He stressed on taking into account the agony of the students of Leh areas studying at Jammu and other places, they needed to be provided with information and other assistance about the plight of their parents, relatives and kith and kin
Prof. Gupta said that BJP was actively considering providing sucour to the affected people.
