| AKSUJ pays tribute to Leh victims | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 8: All Kargil (Ladakh) Students Union Jammu (AKSUJ) organized a condolence meeting at Kargil House here today to pay tributes to Leh victims, who lost their lives and property after a sudden cloud burst struck the area on August 5.
The meeting was attended among others including AKSUJ president Iftikhar Hussain, former president Ghulam Khan and others senior members.
In the meeting, the students prayed to give strength to the bereaved families.
The students appealed the State and central governments to provide good medical facilities and other basic amenities in Leh.
