| Release all political prisoners, boycott | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 9 : Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, JKNPP & Member, National Integration Council has urged Prime Minister's intervention for the release of all political prisoners arrested under PSA and all those youth arrested under PSA or otherwise during stone-pelting turmoil in Kashmir in view of the holy month of Ramadan starting from August 13 To enable the people to share the glory of the Ramadan with the members of their families.
The Panthers Chief also appealed to the authorities and the administration to lift all 'barriers' and 'road blocks' from the towns and cities so that there shall be no harassment or interference in the religious and personal affairs of the general public during religious festivities.
The Panthers Party Supremo also made a fervent appeal to the people of the state and particularly the angry youth to remain composed and restrain from expressing their anger during Ramadan The Panthers Party shall emphasised on this human aspect during All Party Meet with the Prime Minister on August 10 in New Delhi with the sole objective of ensuring peace and prosperity. |
