JAMMU, August 09: Jammu and Kashmir Judo Association today selected a 17-member team, including seven girls in different weight categories, for the Sub-junior National Championship to be held at Durg from August 12.
The selected team was wished success by general secretary of the Association, R C Thakur and Sports Officer of the J&K State Sports Council, Rajan Sharma at MA Stadium, here today.
Team is accompanied by State Sports Council coaches, Vikas Dogra and Ritika Slathia, as coaches and Vikas Gupta as manager.
The Team: Boys: Shubam Sharma, Pardeep Singh, Anmol Abrol, Shashank Baru, Sehban Manhas, Virvadra Singh, Sahil Sharma, Aditya Mahajan, Anshul Mahajan and Abhishek Choudhary. Girls: Adhiti Sharma, Shikha Bhau, Hemanshi Nagri, Reshika Wali, Ridhma Ghai, Mehak Pandita and Pallvi Devi.
