| Shalin murder: Challan presented | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, August-09 : IN a much publicized and first of its kind case kidnapping and murder for ransom of 10 years old boy namely Shalin Gupta, Police today presented challan against Darvinder Pal Singh and Gagandeep Singh in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu.
CJM Jammu Mohan Singh Parihar after hearing Chief Prosecuting Officer Pawan Khajuria and SHO Mohd Rafiq Manhas commit the challan to Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Jammu which is competent court for hearing case of murder.
In the challan, a list of 35 witnesses, including police and others were attached. JNF
