8/13/2010 10:10:43 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 13: Kashmir is bleeding and many peoples are getting killed in the day to day ding dong battles with the security forces. All the stakeholders in the valley and out side world are saying that at least blood bath should stop at any cost.
On one side where all the leaders of various hues, intelligentsia, and social activists are trying to resolve peace in the valley and also negative forces who wants the present turmoil to continue so that they can be benefited are playing their role. These kinds of forces can be found anywhere but people in valley are worst sufferers from past two decades.
In the decades long turmoil more than one lakh people have died and allegedly thousands of Kashmiri women being raped. Need of the hour is to restore peace so that no body in the beautiful valley suffer further, Kashmir needs a solution for the sake of humanity and coming generations as it is land of Peers and Sufis.
Young and aspiring students of myriad institutes with dream of bright future in their eyes to pursue higher education in the reputed professional institutes are disturbed a lot.
Future of our state is in dark if the prevailing situation continues.
In this scenario small students below the age of 15 years of various educational institutes of the state formed a group named “We the future of India” with a positive vision. This group is led by a social activist Bharti Prashar.
By writing letters to the Prime Minister and other leaders of the country to work for restoring peace in the trouble torn state, they are trying to play their role as true citizens.
Their approach, dream and sentiments should be appreciated and taken up as an example, because they are the real future of India.
They are also becoming the mouth piece of Kashmiri students who are the main sufferers.
