| Congress compromising with Jammu cause: RM | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 13: Rashtrawadi Morcha has accused the Congress of selling Jammu cause for the lure of power.
This was stated by Balwinder Singh Bhatia, who chaired a meeting of the Morcha held here today.
Addressing the office bearers in the meeting, Bhatia said though Jammuites preferred Congress over other parties in assembly elections of 2002 and 2008 but this party has betrayed the people of Jammu.
The members said now people of Jammu want to know from the Jammu based ministers and MLAs of Congress and that of BJP and other parties to clear their stand on self rule, autonomy, political package and other demands.
Bhatia further added, Morcha will hot accept any decision taken by Centre without participation of all groups of Jammu and Ladakh.
Morcha appealed to all intellectuals and all Jammu based political parties to safeguard the interests of Jammu and save the future of coming generations.
