| Law student arrested for raising Pro Azadi slogans | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Aug 13: A Law student of Law School, Jammu University, who went underground after raising pro Azadi slogans in Jammu University few days ago has been arrested by police today. Identified as Babar Hussain son of Zaffar Hussain resident of Doda at present JU hostel was evading his arrest. He was arrested from his residence -Doda by a special police team dispatched from Jammu for the purpose. A case under section `120-B and 13 unlawful act has been registered against him in Gandhi Nagar police station. SDPO Gandhi Nagar Mohan Lal Kaith who is an Investigation Officer in this particular case giving information said sixteen persons, with the arrest of Babar, who raised Pro Azadi slogans have been arrested so far and added that hunt for rest of the two is on.
