| DDC Reasi reviews Physical, Financial achievements | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
REASI, Aug 17: To review the financial and physical achievements registered by the different departments, the District Development Commissioner, Reasi P K Pole convened a meeting of Sectoral Officers.
Superintendent Engineers PWD and Hydraulic Circle, Udhampur, Chief Planning Officer, Assistant Commissioner Development, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Education Officer, Divisional Forest Officers, Reasi and Mahore, Executive Engineers of PWD, EM&RE, PHE, besides Officers of other Departments attended the meeting.
During the meeting threadbare discussions were held on the performance of district plan, central sponsored schemes and major flagship programmes already under execution in the district Reasi.
While reviewing the performance of all sectors, the DDC has issued instructions to all the departments to speed up the expenditure as only 23 percent has been achieved up to ending July, 2010. The DDC also issued the directions to the PWD department to clear the roads immediately which are blocked due heavy rain and machinery put to standby to deal with any cries.
Pole exhorted upon the district officers to putting their sincere and dedicated efforts to accomplish the ongoing projects pertaining to their respective department within stipulated time frame. |
