JAMMU, Aug 18: A youth was today arrested by police from Rount in Udhampur along with 900 intoxicant Parvan Spas capsules.He was identified as Vinay Gupta, son of Dharam Paul of Rount.Police said he had been booked under NDPSA Act. He was apprehended by cops when he tried to evade a police checking point. |
