| HC issues notice | | Amandeep Murder case | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Aug 19: In a revision petition filed by former SSP Manohar Singh who is facing trial in much publicized murder of Amandeep Singh, the High Court today issued notice to the respondents.
The petitioner has sought he be spared handcuffing while on his wayto the court from Kotbalwal jail. The notices were accepted by AAG Gagan Basotra on behalf of respondents.
