| Building permission cases cleared by JMC | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 19: A meeting of Building Operation Controlling Authority of Jammu Municipal Corporation was held today under the Chairmanship of S.C. Sawhney, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jammu.
In the meeting 65 building permission cases were cleared. The building permissions cases cleared today shall generate revenue to the tune of Rs. 10.00 lacs (Rupees Ten lacs only) for Jammu Municipal Corporation.
It is further informed to the general public that next meeting of Building Operation Controlling Authority (BOCA) shall be held on 28.08.2010 at 11:00 a.m. and anybody desirous of getting his building permission from JMC shall apply by 27.08.2010 so that his case can be cleared.
Jammu Municipal Corporation further appealed the residents of Jammu that before starting any construction in the city they shall obtain proper permission otherwise action as admissible under rules shall be initiated.
The other members of Building Operation Controlling Authority as Joint Commissioner (Adm), Joint Commissioner (Works) and Senior Town Planner of Jammu Municipal Corporation, Executive Engineer, Housing Board, Executive Engineer, PDD, Executive Engineer, U.E.E.D. also attended the meeting.
