| CCB organizes workshop on General Banking | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 21: Citizens' Cooperative Bank organized one day workshop on General Banking was organized by the Citizens' Cooperative Bank Ltd. Jammu for the Officers of the bank on today at its Staff Training Centre Shastri Nagar Branch.
The workshop was conducted by A.K. Nayar; AGM (Retired) State Bank of India. Ashok Goswamy, Managing Director in his welcome address gave an over view on the importance of such training programmes which according to him are of utmost important for honing the skills of the employees besides keeping them abreast of the latest developments taking place in the Banking industry.
He exhorted the participants to take maximum advantage from the rich experience of A.K.Nayyar earned by him during his service tenure. The interactive session was mainly focused on the need to adopt human faced approach while dealing with the clients. |
