| KD activists tour far flung areas of Batote | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 23: Activists of Kranti Dal (KD) led by its chairman, Labha Ram Gandhi had an extensive tour of pantnitop, Sanasar and for flung areas of Batote found that no development work is being carried by the Patnitop development authorities in these areas Gandhi said, the tall claims of the concerned agencies has no footing only crores of rupees have been waisted. He said as far as introducing Gondola is concern no work till date for the same has been taken out beside no attention is being paid to improve supply of drinking water due to which inhabitants of the area are facing acute scarcity. He so further said, deforestation is rampant in the area, and the concerned authority takes no action. He said attention he paid to develop there tourist spots of the region to attract tourists. Among other members of the team accompanied were Samarjit Singh, Preetam Sharma, Harsingh, Lovely Soodan, Kamal Deep Singh, Sankul Gupta etc.
