| District Badminton meet starts today | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, August 24: Organised by the Jammu City and District Badminton Association, the four-day Jammu District Badminton Championship shall start tomorrow at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here.
The championship shall be declared open by Inspector General of Police (Armed), Dilbag Singh, who has consented to be the chief guest in the inaugural function at 12 noon.
“On the opening day tomorrow, the competitions in under-10 and mini boys and girls categories shall take place, followed by the sub-junior, junior and senior groups,” general secretary of the Association, Balbir Singh Jamwal said.
In all, over 200 entries have been received by the organizing committee of the championship.
