Narwal Double Murder case

Jammu, Aug 26: In an application filed by one Surinder Singh closed relative deceased Gurnam Singh and Rajinder Singh which was committed on February 5, 2010. In this double murder case the Bahu Fort police registered FIR u/s 302,147, 148, 149, 201, 120B RPC and 4/25 Arms Act against Ranjoth Singh and other accused persons. Accused Ranjoth Singh alias Nalwa filed a bail application for grant of bail on Medical Grounds.
According to the Adv Vishal Kapur appearing for the Surinder Singh complainant submitted before the Court that Ranjoth Singh @ Nalwa along with his bail application filed medical record pertaining to different ailments and produced OPD card in support of his claim for getting bail on medical grounds. According to the counsel for the petitioner that the record of GMC Hospital Jammu pertaining to OPD Card Number0007044 as per the information furnished by Superintendent GMC regarding the said OPD Card which made it clear that OPD Card was issued to one Ravi Kumar and not to Ranjoth Singh, which clearly shows that Accused person and or his friends/relatives have forged the above mentioned document with the intention to support the bail application filed on Medical Grounds and Accused person has fraudulently and dishonestly used forged OPD Card . Complainant seeking registration of case against Ranjoth Singh @ Nalwa465, 468, 471, 420 read with 511 RPC.
