NCP migrant cell hold meets | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 26: The general secretary of National Congress Party (NCP) of migrant cell Rishi Kilam has expressed grave concern over the continuous deteriorating conditions in the valley. Addressing the workers meeting he said, one fails to under when both state and central government will solve main problems of the J&K state. He said economic package never reaches poor and deserving people but directly goes into the pockets of leaders and beaurocrates and added there is no accountability. Unemployment is the most serious problem of the state which has created unrest among the youth. The state and central government have least concern regarding the safety of lives and property in the state. He said center has never been serious about the displaced Kashmiri migrants who are living a miserable and pitiable life conditions out side the valley for the last two decades. People are not being heard or giving healing touch. Others who spoke in the meeting urged the central and state governments to address the grievances of the people and find out the peaceful solution seriously and in time. Present in the meeting were TK Kaul Kilam, Abass Mir, Sanyogita Kaul, Lalit and Yogesh Kapoor
