New non-political organization ‘Janta Ki Awaz’ floated | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 26: Keeping present scenario of Jammu and Kashmir in view, various political, social organizations formed non-political organization namely ‘Janta Ki Awaz’. Announcing this in a press conference, president of newly floated Janta Ki Awaz Gajan Singh said that this party will fight against anti-national and anti-social elements particularly when anti-national activities have increased in Kashmir Valley. He accused government for not paying any compensation to the business community who has suffered huge loss during the 63 days long agitation of Sangarsh Samiti Andolan during 2008, despite assurances by government, while as stone pelters being provided job package and economic package by the central government immediately. President said that the people of Jammu have been ignored by government while as whole attention is paid to the Kashmir Valley despite increase in anti-national activities. Senior Vice-President Darshan Mehra has expressed anguish and concern over activities of anti-national and anti-social elements of Kashmir Valley who have cut the hair of Sikh Youth thereby hurting the religious sentiments of whole Sikh Community. On the occasion, Sukhmohinder Singh announced as Chairman and Cashier, Darshan Mehra as senior vice-president, Shanti Saroop and Anoop Kumar as general secretaries, Vaid Gandotra as publicity secretary, Amarjeet Singh as secretary, Sanjay Dutta as secretary, Kapil Dev Singh as vice president, Pritpal Singh and Darshan Sharma as vice presidents, Sampuran Singh and Farman Ali as advisors of the party
