The pitiable state of our nation is worsening with every passing day. The unbelievable chaotic things have grown worse beyond the bearable limits and one very often feels choked to see ugly things heightened beyond repairs. There seems to be complete anarchy prevailing everywhere. Those who wield power once, take it for granted to amass wealth by looting the national exchequer and tax payer’s money at will without fear and threat .Rather, one sets the system more corrupt and rolling to one’s feasibility. The recent examples of two senior politicians involvement in providing an undue favour to their own wards in the medical entrance tests in Jammu is a glaring example of the disarrayed system In fact , national character is found wanting in the present day to day life. The extent of greed has multiplied beyond acceptable norms, In the name of development ,compromises are made up with the quality and huge money is siphoned off by those involved in construction –building processes. But who bothers for the fate of this nation? It is presumed that let others set an example to tread on the path of the righteousness for seeking emulation. Self is never projected for the promotion of honest ways and means .The recent scams surfaced pertaining commonwealth games to be held in October 2010,NEW DELHI, India, has totally exposed our character, thoughts ,will ,devotion, commitment, and sincere dedication towards our own country. Such emotional hyped slogan like Jai Bharat Mahan seems quiet hollow and leads to the state of sheer sycophancy. This is not a single scandal over the year which has come to limelight. There are outnumbered instances to shorten and lower the height image of the nation in the eyes of the world .In short, Corruption has so much sneaked in our own thoughts and veins that beyond its level ,we can not hope to survive. Today’s survival is placed on the simple principle that grease the palm to get your work done ,otherwise keep on roaming here and there for getting your work done and seek justice .Right from top to bottom ,system is out of order. There is barely any institution left over whose hands are not soaked in corruption .Every time new ways and strategies have been evolved to keep alive corruption industry and those whose conscience is alive and detest it vehemently has only one option left that is either surrender meekly or toe in the line of corrupt group or his master for his survival In his day to day life business .At the fag end of the day, such people who are not mentally tough ,slowly and steadily too yields .Apart from this forceful intrusions, the other factor which has increased the corruption level is the unabated growth of the high cost of living ,.Inflationary rate and the ever increasing order has tremendously broken the backbone of a commoner ,leave a middle class set up. Black hoarding has shortened the adequate amount of supply of edible items in the market resulting in deficit of the essential requirement .The burgeoning and ever increasing demand – supply ratio has on one hand placed profiteers at the safer ends whereas public is bearing the brunt of the fire. Neither the government is strictly taking any punitive measure ad nor the opposition is playing its constructive role and looking in no mood to provide steel support to the government to curb this inflationary menace from whom the common masses are afflicted .In reality both in the power and those sitting outside the power corridor are two faces of the same coin. Just for public mere eyewash they raise hue and cry now and then both inside the state assemblies and parliament to befool the masses. Rest they are least bothered about state welfare and society. To add to the agony they are fighting for raising their own more wages at the cost of taxpayer’s income. And to put forth claim they put forth the comparative figures of the other national leaders losing sight of the their constructive and productive output in the respective houses without wastage of time and money. They equally forget that amount of scandals in terms of bribery, nepotism, kickbacks and commissions are very rarely observed in them than in our cases where almost every passing day we come across more newer things in different ways How much unfortunate this nation is that her future grip is in the hands of blood soaked corrupt minded politicians under whose kind patronage bureaucrats have equally added fuel to the fire. They too let no opportunity in exploiting the things by holding Britishers legacy by not responding to the call of the public at the earliest. Rather they dictate such norms by floating procedures to their own vested interests. Countless cases have figures have surfaced in which our bureaucrats have too looted the grants and other non movable assets through mafia scandals. Every time probes are made but all such endeavors’ end up in the futile exercises. Leave apart, even army top brass officials have been spotted and court martialled. Thus when fence starts diluting the things, then how crop can remain safe is self explanatory? On the one hand where the country is facing threat from foreign invaders like hostile China, Pakistan etc. and internal dissesensions and instabilities grown due to terrorism and naxalism etc., so can we hope to bear with the onslaught of this sort of infidelity, faithlessness, treachery, and in born enemies whose myopic interests have curtailed the pace the growth and development. The democracy concepts have been misused. So we need a very strong clear hearted, subdued dictator who reign in to govern the nation shedding all prejudices .Our country need men of character who hold the will to lift the nation as a whole quite contrarily to appease a particular caste, creed, color and race. There should be a simple and straight slogan that Nation is supreme than any one‘s personal identity and whosoever raises demand for the separate identity should find no place to breathe air in this nation. Merit based recruitment, selection, promotion, induction in any sphere of the life be encouraged and augmented .Only than survival is possible otherwise days are not far off which would lead us to see a dooms day and bring annihilation.
