BJP closely watching deteriorating Kashmir situation | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 28: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Mahila Morcha President Smriti Irani will address Mahila Karyakarta Sammelan at Jammu on September 1. Irani will also visit the Kashmiri migrant camps to take stock of the problems being faced by them. This was disclosed by BJP Mahila Morcha State President Sakina Bano while addressing meeting of the morcha leaders and prominent activists at party headquarters. The meeting was also graced by State President Shamsher Singh Manhas. Manhas told the participants that the coming days will be more crucial in view of the turmoil in the valley and failure of the state government to tackle the situation effectively. He said that not only the State unit but the party high command is also keeping a close eye on the deteriorating law and order situation in the valley. Sakina Bano said that the BJP and its Mahila Morcha have been consistently organizing seminars, workshops and conferences in different parts of the state in order to expose the Congress for its unstinted support to NC for the sake of chair only, which is not in the interest of the nation or the state. It is in this context that the BJP Mahila Morcha National President Smriti Irani is visiting Jammu to address Mahila Karyakarta Sammelan to educate the womenfolk of the misdeeds and the appeasement policies of the Congress. Suresh Jamwal, Usha Choudhary, Dr. Kannu Sharma, Raj Rani Jamwal, Sushma Manhas, Kamla Gupta, Neena Gupta, Priya Sethi, Vijay Raina, Sudarsh Tarlochan, Raj Dulari, Rajni Sethi, Pinky Gupta, Anuradha Charak, Sureashta Jamwal, Puashpa Wazir and Nirja Khajuria were also present in the meeting.
