Whenever someone comes with accidents the doctors refer them unofficially to Amritsar by telling their attendants that the patients will be cured only there and in GMC it is practical to do anything.

Refrerring to the anecdotes of the hospital , Samarjeet Singh said that the doctors in the GMC have become butchers .Whenever some accidents victims arrives, firstly they tell the attendants to go to Amritsar or Chandigarh and if the victims was admitted in the hospital, the doctors use threatening tactics like that leg or arm or some other part of the body has to be amputated and it can be cured only in Chandigarh, Amritsar or Delhi.
