JAMMU, August 30: Academy of Wushu clinched overall championship trophy winning maximum medals in the two-day Jammu District Wushu Championship which came to an end today at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here.
The overall runners-up trophy went to the team of Garhi Higher Secondary School while B International School remained overall third.
Earlier, in the two-day championship, the competition held in different age and weight categories of boys and girls.
In the valedictory function, Deputy Commissioner Jammu, MK Dwivedi was chief guest who gave away winners and runners-up trophies as also distributed medals. Prominent among others present were Heepak Handa, Director Handa Colelge of Education, Ajay Sharma, Ranjeev Gupta and SM Bali as also Abhishek Jain, Ajay Paul Gill and Vivek Bassan.
