BMS workers demands implementation of pension schemes | | | Early times Report Jammu, Aug 30: The Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) in a day long conference hold at Geeta Bhawan here today urged upon the state government to implement pension scheme for industrial workers of the state. Addressing the workers the state president BMS Vijay Chandel and Harbans Choudhary condemn the state govt ignoring the genuine rights of workers laid down under different industrial laws. He blame to the govt that govt has not implemented pension scheme for industrial workers in the state since 1995 and added that a large scale contractors system has been introduced in the state and workers are being exploited very baldy. Addressing the delegation Lakshman Ravinder Singh and N.K Gupta Labour leaders asked the workers to remain united and fight for their genuine demands under the banner of BMS being the largest trade union organization in the country and in the state duly6 recognized by govt of India. The BMS is non political trade union and working day and night for the betterment for low paid and deprived class in the country. He warned the demand of the workers that govt politicians, Bureaucrats are exploiting the workers, poor and formers for their selfish motive in condemned the centre and state govt controlling the prices of essentials commodities and poorers and workers are suffering very badly. In the conference Distt committee also nominated Jagmohan Wazir President, Som Dass and Pritam Sharma Vice president, Chaman Lal Raina, Bhushan Sharma, Tersam Lal, Chooni Lal, Ashok Kumar, Khem Raj and Tilk Raj as members.
