| One arrested with illicit liquor | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Aug 30: Police have arrested a bootlegger and recovered 120 litres of illicit liquor from his possession.
Acting on specific information, a police team led by police post Nagri Incharge Rajeshwar Singh raided different villages and arrested a person identified as Dev Raj of village Khokhyal
Police also destroyed 2000 liters of “Lahan” on the spot.
Police have registered a case in this regard under section 48-A Excise Act and started investigation.
