| Airtel suspends outgoing services-rue subscribers | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 30: Airtel one of the leading player in mobile services has kept its outgoing mobile phone services suspended for the complete day which has put the subscribers to an embrassing situation. The reasons for suspension of out going calls are also not made known to its subscribers. Neither any action is taken by the authorities to restore the communication till the time the complaint is pendown through the media.
When one of the subscriber contaioned the customer care services, the computerised answer is not available, the answer is “you are in que”, the query is simply disposed off. Thus the subscribers could not negotiate on their business transactions hence had to suffer a heavy financial loss and put the face unprecedented inconvenience on the part of airtel authorities who have still failed to rectify the snag occured into outgoing mobile phone calls, nor is able to give any satisfactory reasons to its elite subscribers despite to the complaints registered with their customer services.
