Agri technocrats seek regularization | | | Early Times Report KATHUA, Sept 3: Jammu and Kashmir government is non-serious towards addressing the long pending issues of the regularization of agricultural technocrats. This was stated by district president of the Agriculture technocrats Association Sanjeev Verma while addressing a meeting of the technocrats. He asked the government to explain reasons for spoiling lives of the thousands of agricultural technocrats who have been engaged as R-e-Z employees on a fixed amount of Rs. 3000. He further said that all the governments including the present government headed by Chief Minister Omar Abdulla are befooling technocrats and humiliating them. He said that due to the negligence of the government, agriculture sector is going to collapse. He stressed that there is need to rehabilitate the agriculture sector and for this more than 3000 technocrats would be required to do this job. President urged the government to take bold and constructive initiative to regularize the almost 3000 R-E-Z agriculture technocrats of Jammu and Kashmir. In the meeting the Lal Chand, Anil, Atul, Raju, Suraj and Ravi were present.
