Gujjar associations condemn statement against VC advisory board

JAMMU, Sept 3: All J&K Gujjars conference along with other Gujjar Association have strongly condemned the statement of un-know person against the working of vice-chairman, Gujjar and Bakerwal advisory board, Bashir Ahmad Naaz.
In a joint press conference, president AJKGC, Anan Choudhary said, Naaz has done commondable work and ful-filled his commitments during his tenure. He said Naaz has conducted tours of all the districts of J&K, attended 17 District Board meetings out of 20 meetings, got approved three girls hostels (G&B) at Rajouri, Poonch and Kupwara and G&B (boys) hostels at Samba, Kulgam, Bandipora, Chhatroo, Naaz also took up the issues of G&B of J&K State with Prime Minister of India and got sanctioned Rs. 2.40 crores for construction of libraries and purchase of computers in various G&B hostels. Not only this he also got various scholarships amounts enhanced and released in favour of needy students, published various advts. in newspapers for making people aware about the scholarships.
