| Man hit, killed by bus at Bari Brahmana | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sep 4: An unidentified man was hit and killed by a Haryana Roadways bus at Bari Brahmana, about 15 km from here on the Jammu-Samba road, this morning. Police sources said a Haryana Roadways bus (HR67/9478), which was on its way from Delhi to Katra, hit a man at Bari Brahmana at about 6.30 am. The man was killed on the spot, the sources added. The body had been kept in the mortuary of Government Medical College hospital for identification.
The bus driver was arrested and booked under relevant sections of law. He was identified as Rotesh, son of Rann Singh, of Tejpura in Panipat, Haryana. |
