Jammu, Sept 14: Former legislator and advocate Ashok Sharma has strongly condemned the desecration of holy Quran in America describing the acts as most barbours. In a statement issued here today Sharma said that such acts should be condemned by all right thinking persons and those responsible for it should be dealt with a heavy hand.
