Jammu, Aug 22: Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder, The Art of Living has conducted The Happiness Program for one lakh people in India.
According to press release, approximately, 1800 centres across India had organized The Art of Living's signature Happiness programs with Gurudev. This is the first time he is teaching the Sudarshan kriya online, since the inception of The Art of Living connecting India Virtually online thru Webcast.
Touching upon the current issues of youth suicide and depression, Gurudev shared a few practical principles to combat feelings of low-self esteem, interpersonal conflicts and violence.
Sharing wisdom with humor, participants learnt the skill to be equanimous under praise or criticism.
In Jammu region participants joined in hundreds at 9-10 different locations from all walks of life, connecting humanity through the power of breath. |
