Jammu, Aug 22: Building Operation Controlling Authority (BOCA) meeting was held on 19-08-2016 under the chairmanship of Mubarak Singh, Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority in which 47 building permission cases were examined, out of which 44 were cleared.
The BOCA meeting was attended by Director Land Management, JDA, Sr. Town Planner, JDA, Executive Engineer PDD, 3 Executive Engineers of PHE Deptt. And 2 Executive Engineers of Sewerage & Drainage Deptt., Jammu. Further Vice Chairman, JDA/Chairman BOCA has appealed the public not to construct the buildings without getting their plans approved by the competent authority. To ensure planned and organized development, electric/water connection for all type of constructions shall be sanctioned by the concerned departments only on the production of completion certificate of building issued by the competent authority. |
