Rs. 13 cr released for procurement of food grains for migrants 10/21/2016 11:32:35 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Oct 21: An amount of Rs 13 cr has been released for the procurement of food grains for Kashmir as well as Jammu migrants. The decision has been taken on the directions of the Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Syed Basharat Ahmad Bukhari.
