The Supreme Court on Monday called for setting up Armed Forces Tribunal benches in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh, to deal with the growing pendency of defence-related cases. SRINAGAR, Jan 7: At least five residential houses and several shops were gutted in a major fire incident that broke out at Srinagar’s Nowhatta area on Tuesday, officials said.
