Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 31: Calling Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha as “captain,” Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari on Friday advised Omar Abdullah led government to stop complaining about dual power centers in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that everyone was already aware that the captain (the LG) holds a position in the Union Territory. "The election (assembly polls held last year) was for the vice-captainship (Chief Ministership).
