Kathua, Feb 10: Residents of village Dhammal ,CD block Barnoti, Tehsil Marheen Distt. Kathua has demanded implementation of order dated 02.02.2015 passed by High Court of J&K in OWP no. 26/2015, CMA no. 106/2015 which restrains the construction of an illegal structure on a government land.

Jammu, Feb 9: The phrase One step forward two steps back, goes well for Health department as it had constructed the building of Trauma Center in Mahanpur but instead of making it operational, the Primary Health Center (PHC) Mahanpur has been shifted into it putting a question mark on the early inception of the Trauma Center.
The inefficiency of department could also be gauged from the fact that for the last seven years, the PHC has been working from rented accommodations and its building is far from completion.

Jammu, Feb 9: The implementation of Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) livestock insurance has not been implemented by department of Animal Husbandry Jammu in districts that need it the most.
Sources informed Early Times that the livestock insurance scheme which was sponsored by Union Government during 10th, 11th five year plan but astoundingly the department has ignored the deserving districts Poonch, Rajouri and Doda to implement scheme and prefers only plain districts Jammu and Udhampur.
