Army conducts inter village T-20 cricket tournament 1/18/2015 11:33:33 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 18: Continuing with its efforts for upliftment of local youths of the area by providing an opportunity to showcase their talent and to promote youth development, Kachrial Battalion under the Guardians of LC Brigade was organised Pallanwala Premier League 'T-20 Cricket Tournament' at Pallanwala of Akhoor Tehsil in collaboration with Panchayats. Final match for the Tournament was played at Pallanwala, today. A total of 8 teams from all panchayat in and around Pallanwala participated in the competition with full zeal. The matches were conducted for the duration of 07 days on league-cum-knockout basis. Final match was played between Panjtoot and Milan-Di-Khoi (MDK), in which MDK won the tournament. The winner and runners-up teams were felicitated with trophies, medals and cash prize. During the tournament locals displayed enthusiasm for the game and appreciated the Army effort to revive the game in the area.
