ABVP stages protest demonstration against RTO Jammu 1/19/2015 12:10:47 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 18 : Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) today staged protest demonstration against Regional Transport Officer (RTO) for not reducing the fare charges while price of the diesel and petrol break down four times. According to press release, dozens of students chanting slogans in favour of their demands and criticized the attitude of the RTO Jammu, whose is not serious towards common commuter.
