Jammu, Feb 4: Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association, Jammu expressed grave concern on the problems faced everyday by the Litigant, Lawyers and public at large in Court Complex in a meeting held under the chairmanship of its President MK Bhardwaj. As per press release, President MK Bhardwaj said that the court premise being public places are lacking in infrastructures facilities, there is no adequate parking space available to cater to the needs of lawyers and public at large. Building requirements like chambers etc have also not yet been completed due to lack of funds. He further said that Courts being public place are visited everyday by large number of people, therefore concerns about security, infrastructure and other pressing requirement, like drinking water and sanitation needs to be addressed at the earliest. He appealed Governor to look into the problems faced by Association at the earliest. |
