BSNL restored cellular, BB services 2/4/2015 11:50:08 PM early times report Kishtwar, Feb 4 : Waking up from deep slumber, BSNL authorities today restored mobile as well as Broad Band (BB) service in the afternoon after "Early times" in Tuesday's edition has highlighted the issue of poor services of "BSNL- putting people of Kishtwar to face the brunt just after mild snowfall. Following news item appeared in Early times about poor functioning of BSNL Circle Udhapmur-Doda-Kishtwar. taking cognizance of matter, BSNL team of expert from Doda immediately was rushed to Prem Nagar early Wednesday morning and located the fault in optical cable. Soon after detecting the technical snag, the Broad Band services were restored in the district. Similarly a team from Kishtwar was also rushed to check the mobile towers which have stopped working due to electricity fault as the generator set installed by the BSNL authorities with towers often remained non functional. The officials passed instructions to switch over to generators in case of power failure so as to provide services without any interruption.
